  • For couples who have already started planning but need help with the final touches, we offer partial planning services to wrap things up.

  • Collaborate with Clients to discuss wedding style.

  • Develop a preliminary wedding budget and to-do list.

  • Establish color combinations, themes, and design concepts.

  • Schedule and attend meetings with up to 2 Florists and attend any follow-up meetings.

  • Florist referred by Memories by Design to provide a complimentary mockup table centerpiece, linens and chair rental recommendations, and other custom details if applicable.

  • Assist in placing of orders for Clients rental items: Linens, Lighting, Dance Floor, Furniture, Draping, China, Glassware, Flatware, Props, etc.

  • Offer up to 4 vendor referrals best suited to the Client’s style and budget. These may include, Photographers, Videographers, DJs, Bands, Stationers, Bakery, eOfficiants, Hair, Transportation, and Make-up Artists, Tuxedos, etc.

  • Review proposals and terms of final contracts with preferred service providers.

  • Proof wording for Save the Date Cards and Invitations.

  • Attend Menu selection/ Banquet set up meeting with Catering Manager.

  • This choice also includes all services listed under Event Coordination and Management.
